Ikakke Bassey is a multifaceted individual with various roles and expertise. A renowned entrepreneur, business management consultant and change maker based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He hails from Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
He has experience in business strategy, organizational context design and development. He trains individuals and organizations on management best practices. He has held executive positions in various companies and organizations, including, Board Secretary of Zenithpoint Energy Ltd.
He has founded and managed his own businesses in different sectors of the economy. He teaches and shares his knowledge on business, leadership, culture and spirituality. He has also founded a culture-driven and social change organization in Akwa Ibom State.

He has consulted for several companies, public sector and non-profits in Nigeria including, Combination Industries CFTZ, Cross River State SUBEB, SUNA Industry, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, IFC-TETFUND Education Project, where he served as the South-south/South-east Project Consultant etc.
He is the author of Faith at Your Finger Tips, Mind-Shift, and has written several business articles, including, Entrepreneurial Taxonomy, which captures the practical scenarios of how the business environment works in Nigeria nay Africa and how entrepreneurs respond to opportunities and create value. The article explains some depths graphically in what he referred to as the "Entrepreneurship Quadrant".
He is currently the Chairman of the Democratic Freedom Front (DFF), a fast growing sociopolitical group in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, which he helped to pioneer. The group aims to mobilize and promote mass political participation for sociopolitical change. With structures spanning across the the 31 Local Government Areas of the State, the group's vision through his able leadership is to, like Fela Durotoye said, build a country where the son/daughter of a nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody. Its key mantra is "Justice for all".
Ikakke continues to inspire thousands of listeners as On-Air-Personality via platforms like Passion FM, and Memories FM, ADBN Television where he bears his mind sociopolitical/socioeconomic issues in the nation as a Public Affairs Analyst.
