Mr. Ikakke Bassey is an Entrepreneur and an Accredited Management Trainer in Nigeria. He is a thought leader and one of the leading voices in the Human Capacity Development profession.

He started life as an entrepreneur. He registered IkakkeAbasi Ventures while in the University to do supplies of office stationeries and equipment.

Later he registered Giant-Heart Resources, an enterprise he used to do technical training for teeming youths in Calabar, Cross River State where he stayed at a time before selling the business.

He worked with Eye Communications as a Management Trainee - where he learned the basics of Business Management Consulting and on-the-job training etc.

He partnered briefly with Wusen Press as a Marketing Consultant to promote Sales and Customer Acquisition.

He later founded Skil-Hub Leading-edge Ltd, a cutting-edge Management Training and Consultancy Institution in Calabar and Abuja, fully accredited in Nigeria to offer professional development and on-the-job training for Leaders, Management Executives and Subordinates in the public and private sector.

He also founded REALPRODUCT Ltd, an Agriculture, Real Estate, Construction and Project Management firm in Nigeria.

Ikakke Bassey serves as the Board Secretary of Zenithpoint Energy Ltd, a Oil and Gas company in Nigeria.

Beyond his private sector life and engagements, Ikakke has had several leadership roles from his early life. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Democratic Freedom Front (DFF), a fast growing sociopolitical group in Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria.
